Nakamate’s Story
Nakamate, is a 35-year-old agent from Wakiso, who has now been in the mobile money business for five years. She feels burdened by clients who show little concern for their transactions, often expecting her to take responsibility for their carelessness.
Nakamte has never received training for her job. Despite being called for training sessions, she has not attended any.
