Constance’s Story
Constance is a 50 year old shop owner from Uganda who uses mobile money for personal transactions and business. Despite the additional withdrawal fees she incurs for using the merchant service, Constance has embraced it as a key part of her supermarket's operations as it offers her customers convenience.
She believes that the money spent on withdrawal fees is an investment that draws customers, particularly those who prefer to shop using DFS.
