Juna’s Story
Juna is a private sector worker from Medan, North Sumatra. In addition to his main job, he hustles by offering ride-hailing services. Through these experiences, he has gained familiarity with a variety of financial applications, ranging from mobile banking to digital wallets.

In the past, he onboarded dozens of people as part of his work as a ride-hailing driver, earning a commission for each person he helped register for a digital wallet connected to the ride-hailing app. He received IDR 10,000 (about USD 0.60) for every successful onboarding. Although the commission is no longer offered, he continues to help others onboard to new applications, remaining willing to assist even without the financial incentive.
