Bare-Bone Users
Bare-Bones Users are individuals who use Digital Financial Services (DFS) solely to receive money, which they then withdraw in full and continue to handle their transactions in cash. For them, DFS provides an additional channel for receiving funds but does not alter their preference for cash transactions.
