Fintech Champions are individuals who have become power users of Digital Financial Services. Not only do they excel in using these services themselves, but they also actively support and guide family members or community members in onboarding and navigating DFS. They may opt to do this due to the incentives provided by platforms such as referral bonuses or out of sheer goodwill.
They are experimental in their usage and typically driven by curiosity. However, these individuals may be reluctant to actively advocate for it. This hesitation can stem a concern about being held accountable if issues arise.
